Don’t Call it a Comeback

*Tap Tap*…Is this thing on?

As the venerable Bob Dylan (and later, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes) have said, “Times, they are a changin’,” and they couldn’t be more right. While the Pittsburgh craft beer scene has been changing itself into a destination for beer lovers nationwide, the Pgh Craft Beers crew has been busy working to make Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week better than ever before as well as dealing with that never fun task that is, well, life.

We’ve moved around, merged with the Pittsburgh Ale Trail, and even fallen by the wayside from time to time, but with warm weather finally here and the beer flowing on patios and in beer gardens around the city, it’s time to dust things off and get back to business.

First things first, the Pittsburgh Ale Trail is officially part of Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week now. That means we’re un-merging from our sister site and handing the reigns over to the best celebration of craft beer in Pittsburgh. We’re certain they’ll care for the Ale Trail better than we ever could, and with it being a part of PCBW, it can only get better from here.

Next, with Pgh Craft Beers coming back at ‘cha, we’ve got some merchandise and excitement that’s been hiding in a box in the back of our office that’s been dying to see the light of day. Check back here soon for details on how to get your hands on some discounted hoodies, shirts, and stickers. Heck, we’ll even have some to give away, too. Why? Because we love ‘ya.

We love Pittsburgh craft beer, and we’re here to help you discover it and love it, too. Thanks for being awesome and supporting local craft beer, we can’t wait to share more of it with you.

Until then, grab a beer and cheers!
